Shipping Policies
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest possible time and in excellent condition, we only ship through reputable courier agencies.
While we make every effort to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to the characteristics or availability of products. However, we will inform you before proceeding with separate shipments.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition or the packaging has been tampered with or damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact our Customer Care at 1800 266 6123 / 020 68197600 or use the Contact Us form on our website, providing your order reference number. We will make every effort to arrange a replacement delivery as soon as possible.
You may track the shipping status of your order on our website by using the Track Your Order section.
Please note that all items, including gifts, will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian tax regulations.
Shipping Partners
We use FedEx and Aramex as our primary shipping partners, which are available for selection during checkout based on your location.
In cases where our shipping partners are unable to cover remote locations, we can ship through EMS Speed Post upon special request. However, we cannot guarantee fulfillment of this request, as every shipment is subject to approval by the post office. If they determine that the item may be damaged during transit, they may refuse the shipment.
Shipping Time / Delivery Time
We make our best efforts to ship your order within the same day. 99% of orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed.
- We ship orders from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be shipped the same day, except on Sundays and public holidays.
- Shipments via BlueDart, if created before 2:00 PM, will be picked up the same day. Otherwise, they will be picked up the next business day.
While we strive to ensure delivery within 2-5 days anywhere in India, actual delivery times depend on our shipping partners and their logistical processes. We recommend placing orders with ample time for delivery, especially for time-sensitive needs.
Guarantee / Warranty
All products are delivered with a standard warranty (unless otherwise specified on the product page) to protect you from manufacturing defects. If you encounter any problems, please notify us within the warranty period from the date of shipment.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges and returns. We will reimburse this cost after verifying the defect in the product.
- We will replace or repair any damaged products at no cost, with shipping prepaid by us. In case the item is out of stock, we will issue a 100% refund.
- Please note that the warranty does not cover products that have been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or any alteration (e.g., soldering) to the original product.
To initiate an exchange, please send us photographs of the damaged product. Once we assess the damage, we will provide the best course of action for replacement or return. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.
100% Refund / Replacement
We guarantee accurate product descriptions and high-quality items as displayed on our website. In case of shipping damage, item mismatch, or missing parts, you can report the issue within 2 days from the date of delivery by raising a support ticket through our website.
Our technical team will verify the issue visually and, if valid, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return the product. Once we receive the item, we will verify the issue and send a replacement with shipping prepaid by us. If the product is out of stock, we will issue a 100% refund.
Please note that no warranty applies if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or if it has been soldered or altered in any way. SparshBio reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel your order, please email our customer service team. Cancellations are only possible for orders that are still in the “Pending” or “Payment Verification” status. Once the order status has progressed, cancellation or modification may not be possible.
In some cases, order cancellation may incur a 5% bank charge depending on the payment method used. This charge applies because some payment gateways deduct their commission even if the order is canceled and refunded.
Due to the nature of our products and strict quality control, we are unable to offer cancellations or returns without a valid reason. SparshBio reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
Return Guidelines
If a product is found to be faulty and cannot be repaired remotely (via tools such as TeamViewer), we will issue an RMA number. Please clearly mention the RMA number on the shipping box when returning the product. Do not write anything on the product’s packaging.
Defective, unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.
Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Please ensure that electrical polarity is correctly observed when hooking up electrical components. Misinstallation could lead to product damage, which will void the warranty.
